Acceptable Use Policy

You and your End-Users may not use fast.video to create, upload or share:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexual or nude content of a real, identifiable person, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Videos of a real person (their face, body or voice) without their consent, or deceptive "deepfakes" meant to mislead people about what someone said or did.
• Content that harasses, threatens, bullies or incites violence or hatred against people based on protected traits.
• Graphic violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or content promoting self-harm.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, election disinformation, political campaigning, or fake evidence.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Instructions or promotion of weapons, drugs or other illegal activity.
• Malware, spam, or anything illegal where you or your users are.

You also may not: get around content filters, rate limits or other controls; use several accounts or keys to exceed limits or free credit; scrape the Service; try to copy the underlying models; resell the API without our written permission; or remove AI labels, watermarks or provenance data.

If your app has users

Give your End-Users rules at least as strict as these, moderate what they make (including age checks where the law requires), label AI-generated video where the law requires, and tell us promptly about serious misuse at [email protected]. You are responsible for your End-Users.

Enforcement

We may block requests, remove files, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and may report illegal content.
