Failed videos

If a video fails or is blocked by the content filter, its cost is refunded to your balance automatically.

Top-ups

Unused money from a top-up, including an auto top-up, is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are of the amount actually paid; bonus credit that came with the top-up is removed and is never paid out. Money you have already spent on videos is not refundable.

Free and bonus credit

Free credit and bonus credit have no cash value and are not refundable.
